Excavator 3D System(TE802)

The self-developed GNSS Excavator Construction Guidance System (TE802) from Suntech Navigation utilizes high-precision GNSS satellite signal positioning technology and MESH sensor technology. It acquires the three-dimensional coordinates of the bucket tip in real-time, performs comparative calculations against pre-loaded 3D electronic designs, instantly displays the cut/fill volume at the bucket tip location, and guides the operator for efficient and rapid construction.

1. ● The TE802 system achieves a horizontal accuracy of 2 cm and a vertical accuracy for cut/fill volume of 3 cm. This high-precision guidance system minimizes rework risks caused by undercutting or overexcavation. It meets various construction requirements (e.g., underwater channel excavation, river dredging, river slope grading, high-speed track construction for proving grounds) while delivering higher construction quality.
